go away flu

Sorry for the lack of posts and tweets! I have been sick with the flu since Thursday and I feel like it's the kind of sickness where you get worse before you get better. I haven't had a good nights sleep in at least 4 nights and this is pretty miserable! I did attempt to tough it out yesterday and load myself up on medicine in order to go to one of my sorority sister's weddings. It was a beautiful wedding and I'm glad that I was able to be there but I didn't even last long enough to see her cut the cake!
But now for some good news, after I posted the other day about needing prayers for my grandfather he too got worse before he got better. It turned out that he was having some internal bleeding from the heart surgery that he had three weeks ago so they had to operate on him again but everything seems to be great and he's in good spirits. They are moving him from the ICU today to a regular room so progress is being made! Thank you all so much for your prayers and good thoughts. They really helped!
