"so much to be thankful for"

As I sit here in my kitchen with my parents and brother, molasses cookies baking in the oven, Christmas less than three days away, I have to take the time to pause and count my blessings. Yes, we might have been stuck at home for the past four days (we finally got out today) but it was so nice to spend that time together, especially during the Christmas season. I am so thankful for my family and need to spend more time counting my blessings and less time complaining about the little things. I'm going to leave you tonight with a song by Josh Grobin. It describes how I'm feeling tonight perfectly! I'm thankful for all of you, too :)

It's funny how the little things in life make you stop and realize how important you family is. Have a wonderful holiday!
